MD and founder of Ground Grafters. Roy started in the family trade as an arbourist. Deciding to add more strings to his bow, he went on to manage a fencing company, before moving into landscaping. He has now been successfully running his own business for nearly 20 years and had as abundance of skills and knowledge in the field.

Luis has been an integral part of our team for many years, bringing a wealth of experience to every project. A degree in Industrial Design and Technology set the foundation for a career in designing and building. Helen’s experience spans a wide range of disciplines, including woodwork, metalwork, electronics, ergonomics and engineering. This blend of skill set means each project is approached with both aethetics and functionality in mind.

Jack has been with our landscaping team for just over a year, but he’s already made a lasting impact with his skill and enthusiasm. With a background in carpentry and joinery, he brings a keen eye for detail and precision to every project. His hard work, meticulous approach and passion for his craft shine through in everything he does.

Chester takes his job with Ground Grafters very seriously. He is an excellent digger and can often be found patrolling the site doing pest control. He likes to keep notes about his favourite projects. During his breaks he loves to go looking for hidden balls around the garden and play catch with the customers.
